TagToRank is an Application based service and subject to the TagToRank license agreement. If you intend NOT to abide by the license, policy or rules, then do not proceed no further.

**Agreement of Purhcase**
Orders are all processed within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM PST -0800GMT) after all is verified and account is setup from within our systems.
Support is given for the first six months after the initial date of purchase. Which you will have free support within our Coummunity Forums. Support for upgrades and updates to the program and functionality are $50.00/6mos for any future upgrades or Support.
All TTR systems are only licensed to one computer only. Additional licenses are extra.
You are buying and adhering to the our Terms of Service, Disclaimers, and all legal notices set forth herein, as well your system meets our requirements.
There is absolutely no refunds on Software & Script purhcases as we will back our product with 100% support of ensuring that your product works if you meet all requirements setforth as stated.
License Agreement and Policy
You may not copy, re-engineer, borrow, steal, or use any part of TagToRank without subjecting yourself to a team of lawyers ready to blow fire in your face. You may not use TagToRank in any manner which jeopardizes its functionality or reflects negatively upon its reputation as a legitimate Content Management System.
TagToRank is not responsible for your actions.
You may not post excessively to jeopardize your TagToRank License.
TagToRank may be used in conjunction with contextual ads (like AdSense), paid ads, banners, affiliate programs and other e-commerce endeavors, but only if you follow strictly the policies of the ad or affiliate provider. (TagToRank is not responsible for your actions)
TagToRank offers NO REFUND at all. If you are in doubt about your continued use of TagToRank, don't go no further if you are one of those so called "tire kickers" Try to obtain a refund on software purchases at a retail store.
TagToRank will provide training as an ('extra fee') training for end-users.
Sharing your TagToRank License Key with unauthorized users is not permitted.
Computer MAC Address's are tracked using the License Key. If found that an attempt to install this program on another computer is made, TagToRank has the Right to revoke the End-User's License and NO refund will be given. (Refunds are not given on Software Purchases)
We reserve the right to terminate the usage to TagToRank at anytime.
